Yes, listing your property on Stay Avenue is completely free. We believe in making rental housing accessible to everyone, so we don't charge any listing fees or brokerage. Property owners can list unlimited properties at no cost. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but basic listing will always remain free.

How do I contact a property owner?

You need to create a free account and log in to view contact details and message property owners. This helps protect both parties from spam and ensures genuine inquiries. Once logged in, you can see phone numbers, email addresses, and use our secure messaging system to communicate directly with property owners.

How long does listing approval take?

Most listings are reviewed within 24-48 hours during business days. We review listings to ensure they meet our quality standards, contain accurate information, and comply with our terms of service. You'll receive an email notification once your listing is approved or if any changes are needed. Incomplete or unclear listings may take longer.

What should I do if I find a fraudulent listing?

If you encounter a suspicious or fraudulent listing, please report it immediately using our contact form and select "Report a Listing" as the subject. Provide as much detail as possible including the listing URL, what seems suspicious, and any evidence you have. We take fraud seriously and investigate all reports promptly.

Can I edit my listing after it's published?

Yes, you can edit your listing anytime from your dashboard. Simply go to "My Listings", select the property you want to edit, and update any information including photos, rent, amenities, or description. Changes may require re-approval if significant modifications are made.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact us through the form above or email us at info@stayavenue.in with your account email address. We'll process your request within 7 business days. Note that deleting your account will remove all your listings and messages.

Do you provide rental agreements or legal documents?

Stay Avenue is a platform that connects property owners and tenants. We do not provide rental agreements, legal documents, or legal advice. All rental transactions, agreements, and legal matters are handled directly between property owners and tenants. We recommend consulting with a legal professional for rental agreements.
